Rachel Ellis, MD is a fellowship trained Oculofacial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon, located in Hicksville, New York.
Working closely with fellowship trained Mohs surgeon, Dr. Jeffrey Ellis, Dr. Rachel Ellis provides post-Mohs facial reconstructive surgery. Reconstructions are conveniently performed following Mohs surgery - on the same day, in the same office.
Some other common procedures Dr. Rachel Ellis performs are eyelid and brow lifts, removal of benign facial and orbital lesions, including chalazia and styes of the eyelids, correction of upper and lower eyelid drooping, and treating tearing disorders.

Residency Training
Dr. Rachel Ellis was a medical intern at St Lukes-Roosevelt Hospital and then completed her training in ophthalmology at SUNY Downstate. in 2007. Following her residency, she completed an additional year of fellowship training in Ophthalmic Plastic Facial Reconstructive Surgery.
